On the morning of May 28, 2024, the University 麻豆视频 of Cape Verde signed a tripartite protocol with the Ministry of Justice of Cape Verde and the Institute for Democracy and Development (IPDD). Among the main clauses of the signed protocol, the establishment of a center of excellence for mediation and arbitration in Cape Verde stands out. The creation of this Center marks a significant step towards promoting alternative methods of conflict resolution, contributing to a more agile and efficient justice system in Cape Verde. Following the protocol signing, the Center for Mediation, Conciliation, and Arbitration (CCA) was inaugurated. Its objective is to promote the policy of alternative dispute resolution, aiming to reduce the mass litigation in the country and strengthen institutional relations.
